My GOAL is to make the home buying or selling process as smooth and enjoyable as possible, while providing the best possible representation to my clients. Thirty plus years in real estate and residential mortgage lending helps me guide my clients through each transaction to achieving that goal.

I began my career as a REALTOR® in Phoenix, Arizona in 1980. After a move to Washington state in the late 1980's I worked in mortgage lending for several years, and in 1996 I returned to real estate at Coldwell Banker Bain in Redmond, Washington. in 2004 I earned my broker license in Washington. In addition to representing sellers and buyers in their real estate transactions, I was a member of the Coldwell Banker Bain Relocation team assisting new residents to the Seattle metro area to find and purchase a home. I also represented home builders in the sales of their new homes and in management of the new home communities. I continued my affiliation with Coldwell Banker Bain for more than 26 years. After moving back to Phoenix, Arizona in 2020 I became a licensed real estate agent in Arizona. I am pleased to continue my affiliation with Coldwell Banker by affiliating with Coldwell Banker Realty in Goodyear, Arizona in the 2023.
