I began my real estate career in Arizona in 1980. After a move to Washington state, I continued my career with Coldwell Banker Bain in Redmond, Washington for 26+ years. During those years, in addition to representing sellers and buyers in their real estate transactions, I was a member of Relocation Team, and also represented home builders in the sale of their new homes and in the management of their new home communities. A move in 2020 brought me back home to where I began my real estate career. And I'm pleased that I'll be continuing my affiliation with Coldwell Banker Realty. It's exciting being back where so much is familiar, but so much is new. But the 'new' is great news for buyers and sellers. The Phoenix metro area is a dynamic, beautiful place to live with much to enjoy - which is why some many people are still moving to the 'Valley of the Sun'.
